Let's Breathe.
Let's Breathe.

Breathwork is an active meditation technique used to usher stagnant energy out of the body, help acknowledge and release difficult emotions and traumas, and decrease anxiety and stress by strengthening the parasympathetic nervous system’s response to triggers. - Black Girls Breathing, 2026
Your breath is the quickest way to tell your body it’s safe to slow down. As a Certified Breathwork Facilitator, I guide women through breathing practices that settle the nervous system, release tension, and create space to think clearly. You’ll leave with techniques you can use on your own, wherever you are.

Rest is more than sleep. Physician and author Dr. Saundra Dalton-Smith identified seven types of rest every person needs:
Physical: sleep, and also stretching, stillness, and letting the body recover
Mental: quieting a mind that never stops working
Emotional: room to be honest about how you feel
Social: time with people who fill you up, and less with those who drain you
Sensory: a break from screens, noise, and constant input
Creative: letting beauty and wonder back in
Spiritual: connection to meaning and purpose beyond yourself
I am currently completing my certification as a 7 Types of Rest facilitator through Dr. Dalton-Smith’s program. This framework helps women pinpoint where they’re depleted and build rest into their real lives.

Rest, breath, and direction for women who give a lot of themselves
You can be doing everything right and still feel worn down. Sleep doesn’t fix it, and neither does a day off. Often the problem isn’t how hard you’re working. It’s that you’re missing the kind of rest you actually need, and no one has ever helped you figure out which kind that is.
My wellness and coaching work is for women who want more than getting through the week. It’s for women ready to feel restored, clear, and in charge of where their lives are headed.
Coaching for women
As a Certified Life Coach, I help women get honest about what they want and build a plan to get there. Coaching looks forward. Together we name your goals, identify what’s in the way, and set steps you can act on between sessions.
Women often come to coaching when they are:
Stepping into a new role or season of life
Stretched thin by caring for everyone else
Successful on paper but running on empty
Ready for a change and unsure where to start
Coaching supports individuals in achieving goals related to personal growth and wellbeing. Unlike counseling or therapy, we do not focus on clinical symptoms. If you’re unsure whether coaching or counseling is the right service for you, reach out.
